About the course

Offensive Cyber Security is a proactive approach to protecting computer systems networks and individuals from attacks. The practice at it's core involves conducting a penetration test of computers and networks looking for vulnerabilities and weaknesses that attackers could exploit.

The Offensive Cyber Security Course is taught by qualified ex-military personnel with experience of working within the respective area within cyber security. Outside of teaching the courses they are fully engaged in their fields of expertise, using the techniques you will learn whilst developing their skills in line with an ever evolving industry. They will give you real world insights into the roles you can be expected to go into, career progression available and are well connected within cyber security networks.

The role focuses on performing authorised simulated attacks on a computer system or network to evaluate their current security controls. Identifying vulnerabilities allows a business or individual to implement measures before they are attacked.
